March 5, 1993 God reached down and gave us the gift of Kyle Schwarber and the legend began.
The boy from Middletown, OH has swept the nation and has become a larger than life figure much like Paul Bunyan.
If Steve Czaban has his way, Kyle Schwarber will not only change baseball but will change the way we speak. Czabe this morning on his national sports talk show said the word Schwarber should be added to our language.
Schwarber [schwar-ber]
verb
- to reduce (an object) to useless fragments, a useless form, or remains, as by rending, burning, or dissolving; injure beyond repair or renewal; demolish; ruin; annihilate.
- to put an end to; extinguish.
- to kill; slay.
- to render ineffective or useless; nullify; neutralize; invalidate.
- to defeat completely.
Bobby, you must have been really hungry. You Schwarbered that steak.
If Kyle Schwarber continues to Schwarber balls who knows how large the legend can grow. Before we know it Chuck Norris will start telling Schwarber is so tough jokes.
Now let’s not get ahead of our selves but come on. Do you know anyone else that can pull this look off?
All I know if he continues to do this…
.
he could end up being a bigger Chicago folk hero than The Fridge. Either way Schwarber and this year’s Cubs are hard not to root for.
